Important guest information
This villa is intended for genuine holiday stays and is best suited to families and international holiday guests. To protect the peaceful nature of the neighbourhood, parties, events, gatherings, and overnight visitors are not permitted. Only registered guests may stay, and the maximum occupancy is 10 people, including children.

A 20,000 THB cash security deposit is collected at check-in and returned after check-out, subject to no damage, loss, or excessive mess. A free electricity allowance of 40 kWh per day is included; additional electricity is charged at 7 THB per kWh and settled in Thai baht cash at check-out.

Check-in is from 14:00, and check-out is by 12:00. Guests are asked to provide arrival and departure flight details before arrival so that check-in can be arranged smoothly.
