- No vendors are allowed on the property unless approved by the guest contact prior to check-in in
- This 3-story home requires stairs to access, and all bedrooms and full bathrooms are on the upper level
- There is an optional pool heat fee of $150/night (+ fees & taxes, paid pre-trip, applied to entire stay)

This property features 5 exterior security cameras: 1 camera is by the front door facing the driveway, 1 camera is on the side of the home facing the driveway, 1 camera is in the backyard facing the pool and yard, and 2 cameras are by the door that enters into the kitchen facing the side of the property. The cameras are outward facing and do not look into interior spaces. The cameras are activated by motion and will record video and sound while guests are in residence
