”Our stay was overall pleasant, but fell slightly short of expectations. We had booked an “ocean view” room anticipating a direct view of the ocean, however our room overlooked the pool and hot tub area instead. It was only upon arrival that we learned that “front ocean view” rooms are the ones that truly guarantee an ocean-facing perspective, which felt somewhat misleading at the time of booking.
