”Part of the hotel is under construction affecting standard rooms. The standard rooms are really old and do not meet the quality that you would expect when staying at Sheraton. If we had known this we hadn’t stayed at Sheraton, especially when paying 400$ per night.”

”Wonderful views across the two bays including Hanalei Bay. Lanai so we could enjoy the fresh air. This is real Hawaii not the big resorts. Provided beach chairs & umbrella for our outings. Small, quaint and quiet. ”

”This was our first time to any of the Hawaiian Islands and we are glad we picked Kauai. We rented a car and went on adventures every day and still had time to relax in the pool and hot tub at the end of each day. Our 2 bedroom unit was clean and fully equipped with everything we needed and we were glad for the use of the BBQs. All in all it was a wonderful experience.”

”The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool area and other amenities offered. The location was close to both Hanalei and Anini beach, which were some of our favorite locations on our trip. The room was a bit tight for hanging out during the day, and the louvered windows made it easy to hear guests in other rooms (although everyone was quiet at night). Nonetheless, we still enjoyed our stay and thought it was the perfect hub to explore the north shore!”

”We thoroughly enjoyed our time at the Hanalei Beach Resort in Seth’s unit. The property was easy to navigate and close to Hanalei Village north side beaches. Great pool area as well. You will not be disappointed.”

”Condo was nice and clean, with upscale decor. There was a supply of extra things like spices and coffee filters, tea, etc. That is always nice when you are cooking. Extra things for small children needs like booster and bed, toys, etc. We added to that supply with some beach / pool toys and a booster step stool. Condo could use extra towels, especially in the kitchen area! No dishcloths and only 3 hand towels there. I would love to see a guest book or info with good eateries and hidden gems...

”Very clean property, large space as listed. Communication with owner was great. Location was not facing the pool or ocean, but was not a big deal for us. The only negative: The AC unit was a little loud when it kicked on through out the night Great location, beautiful pool, very clean! Would absolutely stay again and would recommend for anyone to stay!”

”The best view of Hanalei Bay, mountains, sunset. The hotel room is adequate but ok for the price paid. Clean, but drab furnishings, 1980’s style. The resort is nice, restaurant is good, pool is lovely, beach is amazing. We loved our stay and Hanalei/Princeville area.”

”Came over from Big Island for a long weekend getaway - this was a perfect place for my husband and I - beautiful views of Hanalei Bay (my favorite place on earth!). Unit was comfortable - a/c worked great!! Highly recommend!”

”Friendly & responsive staff, strong Aloha spirit. However, the place is dated, ie still popcorn ceilings. Need pest control (roaches), asked us to take shoes off but floor carpet felt uncomfortably moist, couldn’t really decide the cleanness of carpet due to color, bathroom smells odd, slippery bathtub, low shower pressure. The room itself needs air freshener. No beach towels, they supply only bath towels 1/person no extras. You have to exchange if you want new ones. Low quality paper towels,...
