”This was one of the worst hotel experiences we’ve had. We arrived, anticipating an attractive and heated pool. We discovered a very dirty, shabby out of date pool that was cold. After much communication with Expedia, the owners of the hotel turned up the temperature on the pool. ”We have stayed at this property before, the last time 10 years ago & sadly not much has changed in that time - the rooms are now quite outdated & need a refurb, the carpets are quite dusty & the tiles dirty. We selected the 1 bedroom swim-up apartment based on the promise that the pools were heated. Sadly they were not, they were absolutely freezing & when I raised it on day 1 with the manager he spun an excuse & said he would get it looked at. After 8 days & many more asks we gave up! Very...

”Amazing little family owned hotel, like a little hidden paradise! Also the cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed on, our room was so clean when we arrived that you could have eaten off the floor. Everything was spotless and beautiful. The hotel garden and pool are a little small, but so beautiful and relaxing! The plants make the area feel hidden from rest of the world. All the staff was really nice, but the star was the family's cat who you could often find resting in the lobby. I love him...

”Lovely courtyard with a large pool. We had the loft apartment which was great. Many great restaurants nearby and the beach within a few steps. Only two small negatives: we received our room 40 minutes past check in time and there were small ants in the kitchen. ”
