”Hyvä, ystävällinen mutkaton palvelu. Lentokenttäkuljetus toimi hienosti. Maukas monipuolinen aamiainen. Miellyttävä kokemus, olisi voinut viipyä pitempäänkin!”

”Very nice hotel. I have not even one bad word to say about the hotel - it was clean, very tidy, bathroom was outstanding. When u close the windows it was very quiet, even thou the hotel is right on the road. Balcony was very spacious, was nice to sit and have a glass of wine with a view on the river and the castle. Breakfast was very rich - everything you could ask for from eggs and sausages to fruits and freshly brewed coffee. I would definitely stay there again. The only minus it is a little...

Hyvät maisemat ja hyvät pyörily-yhteydet. Pyörille lukittu säilytys. Poreamme huonessa oli luksusta väsyneille jäsenille. Iso huone. Top 10.”

”Mooi en schoon hotel met ruime kamers. Badkamer was wel wat gedateerd, maar wel schoon. Diner en ontbijt gewoon goed en ruime keuze. Ons verblijf viel samen met mijn verjaardag. Dit hadden wij zelf niet vermeld, maar tijdens het ontbijt stond er een mooie kaart met felicitaties en er werd een taartje met vuurwerk gebracht. Erg leuk. Kortom wij hebben genoten. Fijn hotel vriendelijk personeel ”

”Beautiful location in small town of Lieser. Nice rooms and super comfortable beds. No minibar in room which is not suitable for this level of hotel. Service two-folded, partly excellent, partly very poor and misleading guidances. Spa and sauna not open and ready in the morning despite customer promise. ”

”Peaceful hotel with friendly staff. On our visit the restaurant was closed and there was no other restaurant on walking distance, so that's a bit problem. Also there was only few staff members present - very friendly staff, but seems a bit over worked. Room was very comfortable and clean.”

”Everything was excellent! We had a horrible experience at a different hotel the previous night and messaged the staff at this hotel for a possible early check in. They responded and were able to get us our hotel room, Schneewittchen, as soon as we arrived! They were excellent! They changed our vacation to a positive one and the property and people were wonderful!”
