Chalet't – Kawana Waters

”The hotel is in a good location. The room was clean and large. The buffet breakfast was not worth the money. When we advised that the breakfast was cold we were tole "that's happens with a buffet"! - Poor service - there are many appliances to use to keep buffets hot.”

”We stayed here for just one night, which worked well. The room was tidy and a good size. We didn’t use the pool or go to the restaurant but there was a supermarket and bottle store very close by which was good. Bed was comfy. Good parking”

”I had a great stay. Location is extremely convenient to food, coffee and the beach. The place was clean and made for a comfortable stay. The apartment complex gym isn't much of gym, but was serviceable.”

”Was in a really good position. Neat and tidy. Kitchen area was too congested. Sofa bed is not suitable for an adult. Not really pet friendly. No where for dogs to poo or wee unless they are used to going on stones or tiles.”

”Clean, tidy. We appreciated the recliners in the loungeroom.. great after walking to beach and enjoying Sunny Coast. Host also provided rainy day activities such as games and books. Loved that my little dog was welcome. Host also provided dog bed and bowls, so no stress if you forgot yours.”

”It was as the photos show, it was clean and comfortable, only down side is parking and neighbours but it was nye so that probably play a large part in that. ”

”Perfect! peaceful everything you could need close to shops , restaurants, sand and surf surf beach ,walking or bike track, some traffic at certain times nothing that bothered us.”

”The unit was big and comfortable suited all of our needs and bonus right next to the pool however the fire alarm went off twice throughout the night for no reason around 3am and then again at 3:30am, with 6 kids this scared them so much none wanted or could go back to sleep. Very disappointing since we paid for somewhere to sleep and couldn’t sleep.”

”Really enjoyed our stay at the accomodation , check in staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and tidy and comfortable. The bed and pillows were also very comfortable . Nice as easy short walk to shops or the beach. Parking was the only negative as there was not a lot of parking at all, even when underneath was full, parking on the street was difficult . Overall a pleasant stay and would come back again .”
