”The staff here are phenomenal. Phenomenal. When we arrived, we were having trouble with our WiFi. Renata and Bela could not have been more helpful, thorough, and accommodating. In my experience at most hotels, if you have a problem with the internet, the staff usually kind of shrug. Not Renata and Bela.
