”Overall I’m happy with the stay, nice and clean and new, some improvements include more info regarding that one bedroom is combined with a kitchen & dining/ washing room. It will help guests not get a sudden surprise when turning up in the unit. Also you could provide an option for a dryer and perhaps a bigger clothes line outside . Thank you for the great stay.”

”Check-in was difficult & not on time & no email to say they were late. Room maintenance awful. Room Cleanliness poor. On site representative Tina was amazing at sorting & solving issues. Thank heavens for her.”

”The apartment was clean but very basic…..no dining area (except two high bar stools now suitable for seniors). No tv in living area, only over the bed in the open bed area. Having stayed at The Landmark often this was disappointing ”

”There was no one there to check us in at 330pm there was an envelope left on the counter with our name on it. We had to look up online for a number to contact someone. A few days later we went down to ask a question and the person at the counter was very dismissive and short. Overall not very welcoming at all. We definitely won’t be staying there again.”
