”We were very disappointed with our stay. After checking in, we found that the room had a strong unpleasant smell, the chairs were visibly stained, and the bathroom did not appear to be clean. The shower head was also not working properly, with very poor water flow, and it made a loud noise whenever it was turned on, making it an unpleasant experience to use.
Because of these issues, we decided we wanted to check out early and contacted the hotel through the Expedia app to ask about the process...

”Check in was fast and professional. Parking under ground was explained well. The room was immaculate and cleaned over my expectations. All appliances were new and in exceptional condition. The bed was very comfortable and the room was very quiet. I stayed on the 7th floor and the lifts were very fast. 2 mins walk to the major shopping centre for all your needs. 5 min walk to the beach. No complaints at all, highly recommended. I will stay again for sure.”

”The apartment that we stayed in had been freshly painted and the fumes were overwhelming. Woke up with headache. The other apartment had minor problems like the shower head was broken and the sink wouldn't drain.”

”Love the shopping centre literally around the corner.Was great being able to take our pooch and he loved the doggy beach.Apartment was beautifully clean and the bed was soooo comfy., had absolutely everything so no need to lug stuff with you.We would stay again for sure, Thankyou.”
