”What a perfect house for our extended family to stay at for 3 nights over Easter. The bedrooms and living/dining area were comfortable and well furnished and we loved the outdoor space and pool. There was plenty of space for our family which included 6 adults and children under 5 and it was an easy walk to the beach. ”Parking was very limited and at times had to walk a fair bit. Only had parking on-site for small vehicles. Accommodation a little tired but clean. Close to Kings Beach Tavern. All in all, adequate for the time we needed to spend in Caloundra.”

”We had a great stay at ‘the beach shack’. The house was exactly as described and check in was simple with Martin being an excellent host. It is surprisingly large and the beds were comfortable. The house had all the little extras to make a stay simple and seamless ( toiletries, basic pantry items and some bikes). Location was fantastic and the pricing was very fair. Would definitely recommend!”

”This property is in an ideal location with great access to the beach, cafe and walking tracks, ideal back yard for a small dog, our only negatives were the onsuite sinks did not drain properly, can easily be fixed, and we found the furniture a little dated and uncomfortable had to use the single seats for good support while watching tv.”

”Unit was very good. Perfectly clean and as described. Wifi details in folder did not match - modem had clearly been updated. Pool and complex facilities well maintained. Check in instructions pretty poor. Much more detail could be given to make the process easier, particularly around accessing gated areas, parking and locating the unit. ”
