”Place was a dump. Toilet didn’t work properly, television didn’t work, remote needed batteries, wifi didn’t work properly. The food menu wasn’t even close to the pictures on line. It was run down and was a disaster. We paid for two nights but checked out after one. Only positive was Claire the manager. ”

”Staff were all really welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much to ask. Every appeared to enjoy being there and liked their work. The cabin we stayed in had everything we needed. The swimming pool was warm the kids had heaps to do. The location by the lake was perfect. We'd definitely return. ”

”I enjoy staying at The Com but this time the floor was absolutely filthy and definitely needs a steam clean. The picture in the frame was water logged in the to right hand corner and given that I have a Masters Degree in Fone Arts was pretty terrible… the fridge freezer bottom shelf imwas missing and because I have been a landlord myself over the past 38 years it is pretty simple to get a new one online just like that and lastly the bed was really hard and it is not hard to get comfy pillow top...

Possibility to use a laundry machine was a nice bonus for travelers who had been on road for a week. We asked to cancel our second night as we could not go to the volcano island due to weather conditions. Cancelling was no problem at all and the re-fund was on my account almost before we left the city - awesome!! Can honestly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good, clean,...

”Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks”

”Rented this place because i wanted prive laundry and the expedia price was an absolute steal. We had a cozy 2 story condo on the canal. We did laundry, cooked dinner on the grill, drank wine and fed the ducks. It was a great stay. Only knock is the a/c only works downstairs. It was quite warm upstairs until we opened all the windows. May not work out well if it's raining ”
