1. Elegantti eristäytynyt Beach Estate Plantation Moloaa Bay, Hi (Kauai) TVR 4180

Anahola

”The location and grounds are extraordinary -- a quick walk to the beach (be careful of the rips, it's only safe to swim on the sides of the beach); stunning vegetation - so many fruit trees! The porch is where we spent most of our time, playing cards on the dining table or lounging in the hammock. It was a perfect stay for our family of six to gather in relaxation and surrounded by nature. As others have noted, the home could use a bit of love and a deep clean, but realize that living in the...

”Great home in a great location. Welcome book with all the info you need for your stay. Walls are a bit thin (we had a baby with us and needed to make sure we were quiet in the entire unit when she was sleeping), but the space was perfect (spacious and clean with all the things you could ever need). Complex had a pool but it wasn't anything special and we mostly drove to different beaches anyway. Host was quick to respond and very nice. Price seems a bit high, but overall would stay again.”

”Pros: well priced vs alternatives, clean and spacious (fit our family of 8), nice washer and dryer, great kitchen, and lots of beach items available in the garage Cons: poor communication (I kept get getting Expedia app messages from host but the app wasn’t working so I could not see them; I requested to host multiple times to communicate with me by text or email if needed but those requests went unresponded including my request for check-out instructions), ice maker is too small and didn’t...

”This is a great property in Princeville. You get a peek of the ocean from your back patio, but there's also an amazing huge tree that makes the perfect view. Kitchen is well stocked and even had a soft sided cooler that we utilized for long beach days. There were beach chairs and an umbrella that we got a ton of use out of as well. Each room has a ceiling fan and a floor fan that kept us cool enough at night with no A/C. The pool is small, but has an 8ft deep end and our kids LOVED it. Foodland...

”Relative to what else is available on the island this is a really great option for couples. Host provided detailed and useful information pre-trip, space was clean, bed was comfortable, AC blew cold, outside area felt very private, and overall it was everything we could ask for out of the property itself. The caretaker even provided some fresh bananas and papayas from their property. The only thing that might keep us from booking this property again is it's location. The north shore is very wet...
