”Needed to stay 1 night because the ferry got cancelled to Block Island. Great staff, clean. ”

”Friendly staff and check in. Our first room had a malfunctioning toilet so had to change rooms. Second room was better, refrigerator was not work on the second room. Renovations were on going so some construction noise was present as early as 8:12 am when we were assured that it would start after 9am. The beds and pillows in the room were new (feet like it). Overall, it was fine. I would consider a different property in the future if there was renovations on going. ”

”The room was perfect for the 2 nights we stayed. The front desk lady was so nice and accommodating when we asked to stay another night. Very clean and comfortable bed. The location is perfect for the beach. ”

”Room was clean and the desk person was very courteous. Hotel appeared to be recently renovated and had a very comfortable bed. Very basic set up though. Could use USB outlets, a sitting chair and an additional shade/curtain that allows sunlight in while maintaining privacy. ”

”The welcome building is terrible. After a long drive we needed to use the restroom. It was behind the check-in desk and worst than a gas station restroom. Toilet couldn't flush and it was dirty and unkept. The outside of the property is in need of repairs. Very shabby looking. The first room we looked at was dingy looking and smelled stale. The second room was decent.”

”It’s great to spend time in the beach house and beach cottage. Getting to fall asleep to waves crashing and wake to the sun rising over the ocean is a special experience. And the service by staff is just exceptional. The food is wonderful as well. We love coming here and coming back. ”
