”Stayed two nights. Central Kef location. Small self-checkin facility with exterior access rooms. Comfortable, clean, updated rooms. We used as base to sightseeing activities in the Kef and Reykjavik areas.”

”Compact hotel close to airport with sufficient dining area. Its possible to walk to the hotel or take a bus if 20 euros for 5 min taxi drive sounds expensice. Theres good bakery selling donutses nearby. Donuts were the only thing cheaper than in Finland...”

”Lentokentän vieressä. Jos on oma auto ja halaut yöpyä lentokentän lähistöllä lähtö- tai saapumispäivänä, niin helppo valinta. Ovikoodin sai etukäteen sähköpostilla (joka tosin ei gmailiin tullut läpi, vaan piti kaivaa Hotels.comin viestikikkareesta). Mukavan oloinen keittiö, jossa saa kahvia ja voi tehdä omia eväitä. Siisti vanha pankkirakennus, jossa mukana pieni museo-osuus aulassa. ”

”We booked guesthouse but we got room from hotel Keflavík. Hotel was nice, very beautiful, quiet and atmospheric. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was very good! If I come back to Iceland, I truly will think this place again.”

”Great staying in 1x6 Guesthouse, home-like atmosphere & thoughtful details in everything (decoration, breakfast, the yard,...). Yuki & Andi were marvellous hosts, everything worked. The only thing with what they could not help was the weather! We warmly recommend this accommodation! And we would certainly like to visit 1x6 Guesthouse again!”

”The guesthouse is new and the rooms are comfortable. However, people also live here permanently and that means a full kitchen and fridge. New owner does her best enormously to help and to make things better. Location is very close to airport in small village. Nice public swimmingpool.”

”Kiva juuri remontoitu asunto 10 min lentokentältä. Asunto oli aika pieni, mutta yhden yön reissulla se ei haitannut. Parkkipaikka oli heti talon takana. Ainoa moite tulee kadulta kuuluvista autojen äänistä, ota korvatulpat mukaan. ”

”Easy to find and near the centre of town. Some nice home touches and supply of teas and coffees. Beds very comfortable with excellent shower and kitchen. Only negatives were needs a roof window blind, window had a gap allowing the wind in and no wifi. ”

”A wonderful basement apartment. The hosts were very communicative and the place was absolutely amazing. Gorgeous bathroom with a really luxurious shower. We stayed the night before flying out and really enjoyed the convenience and the hosts. 10/10!!!”
