”I stayed here as my flight home got messed up and thought I just need to lay my head for a few hours. When you walk into the building, you are hit with the smell of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Check-In was quick but the receptionist was not friendly and seemed to hate being there. ”I reserved a king, non smoking room but was given a double wreaking of smoke. Upon entering the room, the floor was dirty and the walls has items thrown in them. There were underwear and socks under the bed and the face sink started to clog at first use. The bath tub was dirty and hairs were seen in several places. I reported that the sink is clogged on Monday morning to the front desk about 830am. The attendant stated that the maintenance person will be in at 10am and he would address it. I...

”The first room they gave us had hair in the bed and flies in the bathroom. The hallway was missing ceiling tiles and leaking water to the floor. There was a strange odor. The service desk did not provide an iron or a hair dryer. Our key card stopped working and I had to get it reprogrammed, they did not validate my identity when I gave them my room number - anyone could have gotten access to my room! There was no daily housekeeping.”
