”Very disappointed by the housekeeping service here. Nobody came by to clean our room, empty the trash, or give us fresh towels. We had to call various times to get clean towels. Out of the 5 nights and 6 days we stayed they only came to clean our room once during our entire stay. When we complained at the front desk, they casually mentioned they did not have the staff available for it. Housekeeping not great at all!! Other than that it was a good stay.”

”There were crack heads walking around in their underwear, doors open with people laid out in bed (specifically women also in their underwear). The property itself is horribly maintained and very unclean. Do not stay here unless you want to be robbed and go home with bed bugs.”

”Was told upon checkin that this was a minimalist hotel and immediately felt regret. The amenities are 'shared' to include an ancient microwave in the lobby. ”Our stay at wavecrest was disappointing from the moment we walked in. We arrived 2 1/2 hours after check-in and still had to wait in the lobby for a hour while our room was still getting cleaned. Our room was so cold you had to sit under a blanket or turn the air off. Only one elevator worked for days then the second elevator broke down on our last evening and we had to take the steps to the top floor and down. Our main light was out in our room. And not to mention the pool closes at 8:00 pm...

”Loved how big the rooms were. Staff was amazing. Pool was awesome. Place was so clean. However I would say that they should try to change up their breakfasts. We stayed for 5 days and had the same things every day for breakfast. We were so sick of it by the time we left. But that’s our only complaint. 10/10”
