Thank you for staying with us, Richard! We do inform everyone when the street does close down for the summer. However, the street does not close down until the end of June. We do try and be upfront about our limited parking. Thankfully, we have other options close by.We do have someone that does walk throughs of our parkade every so often, as well as the rest of the building. I understand that this doesn't stop unregistered guests coming into the building, but we do try our best to help eliminate this issue.

We try and ensure situations like this do not happen. Also, as you noted, our walls are thin and alarms can wake people up in near by rooms, when they are on going.If we got the room incorrect, we sincerely apologize. However, we are standing in the hallway listening and sometimes it can be hard to pinpoint where the noise is coming from.

Hi Jason, We appreciate your business & thank you for being our guests most recently. As you've mentioned, we're a perfect hotel for date night & weekend getaways! So, for anyone looking to 'treat' their sweetie, we're a great little spot, in the heart of dining, shopping & entertainment. We don't have a pool or waterslide on site, but due to our proximity to the theatre, arena, sports complexes...City Park and the beautiful beach in summertime, families find us a comfortable & convenient place to stay. It really comes down to what your needs & preferences are. There's a perfect place & fit for everyone! Thanks Jason! We hope we can welcome you again in future :)

Hi Jim,Please keep in mind that our hotel (and parkade) was built in the mid-70's, when not as many people drove & parking wasn't quite in the demand, it is nowadays.With that said, in addition to the stalls we have in our underground, the hotel has an overflow lot, behind the building, that can accommodate pick-up trucks.
