The Shore Kelowna is away from the downtown core but also in a beautiful area with a beach right there lent to a quieter setting. Communication with the property staff was clear and the remote key assess worked well. Will stay again.

We stayed one week at this property in a three bedroom suite. Check in was very easy and flawless. Building is very safe with card access for guests to building and elevator. Our suite was very comfortable and well equipped with a stunning view of the waterfront and green space below us. Any questions to guest services was answered promptly by text message. Property is well located with grocery store within walking distance and also several dining options including a brewery on street level. Our only concern was tight parking spots but we did have a larger vehicle to park. All in all we highly recommend this property.

We loved our stay. Very quiet despite construction nearby. Easy parking, great security, good communication. Would love to have had an umbrella on the sun deck.

Fabulous space w separated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Gorgeous lake view Multiple great dining options at base of building. Across the street from the beach and park.

Everything was great! Separate bedrooms, dishwasher, washer and dryer. Five restaurants downstairs, and the beach accross the street.

My third time staying at The Shore and what keeps my coming back is the location being central to everything the suites are so comfortable and spacious and the staff so helpful and welcoming. My suite had a lakefront view that was absolutely stunning! I found myself watching less tv and just staring out the window. I can’t wait to book another stay there!

Hi Shawn,This certainly does not align with our standard and we would be happy to discuss these details with you at anytime. The rooms are cleaned by a 3rd party and then further inspected by our team prior to guest arrivals, so the level of issues are of great concern and something we want to ensure are properly addressed.

It's a modern, well maintained building. The suites are spacious and quite well equipped. Some of the kitchen tools/appliances required fixing or replacing, but when contacted the management dealt with this promptly. The building tends to run on the hot side . For April they could definitely do with turning down the heat. There is no gym in the building. The main parking lot is busy, and sometimes there are no parking spots available. The secondary parking lot is close by, and always had spots available.

Liked the location as it was close to where I needed to be. Beach was lovely. Restaurants easy to get to. Staff very friendly and able to help immediately. Easy check in check out.

Apartment was as advertised. Would have been nice to have some extra toilet paper and garbage bags, as well as some paper towel so that we could clean a bit ourselves. Also would have been nice to have bedding for the sofa. Otherwise great!

We have stopped providing paper towels though as we have had several instances of plumbing issues due to the flushing of paper towels. We will ensure the deficiencies are address on your next trip to Okanagan Valley!

Clean and good location just infront of lake.Full kitchen is so useful for our family trip. Just hope that a coffee machine would be perfect for our stay instead of a french pressure one.

Great location in a walkable neighbourhood. The apartment was beautiful and new, stocked with everything you need. Lots of restaurants and shopping within an easy walk. Gyro Beach is across the street - best sunsets ever!

Had a great stay! Had 4 people (2 couples) and all the stuff we needed was in the apartment! Brought our bikes to ride the Myra Canyon Tressles and had a secure place to store our bikes. We visited Shoreline Brewing which is at the base of the property- we had appies and played Crib.
