Chalet't – Kelseyville

”Stay here several times a year.. I see small improvements each time…but I think lack of staff they are unable to keep mini golf and the store open longer hours.. inconvenient when needing something… never sold out when they say they are…again I think due to lack of help… never that busy.. front desk staff nice…pool good. . I think it unnecessary to charge a early arrival fee of 25 bucks… when our room was unoccupied and clean and ready for check to enjoy the day upon the lake… I could see if...

”Checked in late , 2100 hours. Once in the room, one bed looked as though it had been slept in. It was unmade with all pillows stacked on it. Trash can was full. Towels hung over shower door. Called the answering service since the office was closed. The manager’s wife talked to me. The manager came by to “verify” that the room has not been serviced. The two of them offered an upgrade to a room with 2 kings and a view of the lake. This room was clean. I also got a later check out time by 2 hours....
