Outside cleanliness of house is great, and house is well stocked with amenities. The showers and bathrooms were great. Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes. Location is great for the area with easy access and a quiet neighborhood.Unfortunately there are some underlying things that bring this listing down.Despite many air fresheners deployed in the house, there is an underlying stink of the house being smoked in for many years, with nicotine staining in the walls to match. Additionally, the walls were cracking from signs of foundation damage, and cobwebs in corners with bugs in them. The couch in the living room is very uncomfortable with signs of heavy use and lumpy cushions. The other reclining chair in the living room was the only marginally comfortable source of seating.Both beds are worn out completely with a cheap mattress topper trying to help with support. Do make sure to bring your own pillows.The dishwasher in the kitchen was not emptied, and we were not sure if the dishes were clean or not, so we left them be.If the furniture was updated and the smells properly abated in this property, it would be a 5/5 property.
