”The lady at the desk was rude. I couldn’t hardly understand her. And she kept saying the same thing over and over. Then I initialed the paper and she stated that I didn’t do it right. I told her last, my initials are LL and they do look like check marks. But they are the way I sign my initials. She then gave me one key and told me for the 5 th time, when I checked out pick the key in the bowl. I think more education and make English would help.”

”The room is very small and not cleaned too well. I had to mop the room to remove debris on the floor. The bathtub was so high, and needed to hold a pole on the wall to get in. The room had no space to do anything with no table or chair to sit or eat. The room did not have much light, that I needed a flash light to do anything. The hotel seemed to have been renovated from an old motel. A lot of cheap motel stuffs were left over. People were fighting outside the hotel.”
