”Had a room with a sofa bed that was not sturdy. Had a leak in bathroom. Had last room so was not able to switch to another room. The hotel is up for some renovations from what we saw. Some security issues like construction leaving side doors ajar etc. I normally choose marriott when traveling due to my experience but this was low on the scale compared to the last 5 times I was in a marriott within the last 5 years”

”The hotel was literally "around the corner" from the Biltmore House and not far from our other destination, the Billy Graham Training Facility. The room and lobby were clean and our room was freshened up each day. Overall it was a good stay for us. Our "however's" are just a couple of inconveniences: 1. There was not a microwave in the room which prevented us from warming up coffee or snacks, and, 2. There was not a complimentary breakfast included in the stay.”
