”The room was very clean and comfortable. However there was no remote for the tv and the telephone did not connect to reception. The staff provided us with a remote that did not work so that involved another walk back to reception. A very pleasant member of staff came back with me and ensured a further remote worked. Later on the tv. pixilated and did not work probably due to loose connection which we couldn't fix.
Breakfast was very comprehensive and well done.”

”市街中心部にあり、眺めもいい部屋だった。しかし部屋に入ってみるとエアコンが故障していた。仕方なく扇風機で暑さをしのいだが、ホリディインという有名ホテルでエアコンが故障している部屋を客に案内したことは理解できない。シャワー、トイレ、洗面台の水回り設備は給水排水とも問題なかったがエアコンが故障している為かシャワーの後、バスルームに蒸気がこもってしまった。部屋は清潔だったがエアコン故障の部屋を案内されたことは不満に思う。”

”The property was really well located, checkin quite early, with no problem from there side. The room was really clean, bed was good, bathroom had everything and loved the shower. Tom was really helpful, informative, gave us a bit of history of the building, which was fascinating. Included Breakfast was simple, but very good, and you could have ordered from the kitchen at an extra cost. Will definitely recommend.”

”Lovely clean room, included fridge, ironing board, iron as well as the usual things you'd expect like tea/coffee facilities, desk, TV, toiletries, hair dryer. Comfy bed. I'd recommend to stay here but if you're a light sleeper you may need ear plugs as occasional traffic can be heard.
Excellent breakfast choice, cooked breakfast made fresh to order. Would definitely stay here again ”

”Fabulous stay. Staff were so helpful, shepherds hut was gorgeous and the setting was just so peaceful! This will most definitely be the first place I book when travelling to this area again!”
