The place was perfect! The love and care Jeni put into making this a wonderful rental is obvious. Her attention to detail and follow up with any questions ensured that we were comfortable and well taken care of. She even left us a welcome gift and had a handbook with things you need to know and places to go!The house is beautiful--just like in the pictures. There's everything you need. There are little nooks to sit and relax, games available for down time and a wonderful and very comfortable deck overlooking the Kennebunk River. It is spacious with more than enough space for 6 people (including kids) to feel comfortable and relaxed. One thing to note is that there are a number of stairs to climb to enter the living space. Jeni was extremely responsive about any questions we had and responded in a very timely manner. The location was ideal--right in the heart of downtown for both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport (Kennebunkport was just a short walk across the river bridge). There is reserved parking for 2 cars, but you don't always need a car because you can walk to many shops and restaurants (including the famous The Clam Shack).It was definitely luxurious. It was a great stay and I would stay here again when I'm in the area.Thank you Jeni!
