This property is kid friendly with cabinet locks, outlet covers, high chair, and a pack and play. It is conveniently located about 1 mile from downtown Dock Square and 2 Miles to Gooch's beach! It is all sidewalked and great for riding the bikes. Included: Bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach cart, beach toys, beach towels, and more! The heated game room has a ping pong table and a classic Pac-Man arcade game- it is a great spot to hangout on those rainy days. The freshly updated kitchen, living room, and dining room is open concept and great for entertaining. Exit through the sliding glass doors to the patio which features a Sauna, BBQ grill, Gas fireplace, and patio furniture. Central air conditioning throughout! The front yard is fenced in and great for kids or pets. The backyard is spacious, very private, and features a wood burning firepit, gas fireplace, Sauna, BBQ grill, patio furniture, and plenty of birds to watch! This property has parking for 4 vehicles maximum. Parking details will be provided in your arrival email after booking. This property is pet friendly upon prior approval ONLY. Pet fee is $150/dog with a maximum of 2 dogs. Exterior camera in front and rear of home. All Coastline Vacation Rentals are stocked with a starter pack of paper towels, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, conditioner, dish soap, hand soap, sponge, and more essentials!
