This beautifully updated home is perfectly located just steps from the vibrant Dock Square and only a short walk to Gooch’s Beach—making it the ideal retreat for those looking to experience the best of Kennebunkport.

With five generously sized bedrooms (2 king, 3 queen) and 3.5 bathrooms, this home provides ample space for families or groups. The large, fully-equipped kitchen features high-end appliances, making meal prep a breeze. Enjoy cozy evenings in the expansive living room with a smart TV, or retreat to the additional TV room for movie nights. There’s also a dedicated sitting/workspace area perfect for reading, relaxing, or getting some work done.

For those warmer days, all the bedrooms are fitted with AC window units to ensure your comfort. Outside, you’ll find a large lawn and an extensive deck complete with a picnic table, lounge chairs, cozy couches, and a gas fire pit—ideal for enjoying the Maine evenings with friends and family.

Kennebunk Prelude Stay!

This property was immaculate and perfect for a large group. We had 10 people, ages ranging from 8 to grandparents. Beds were so comfortable, the kitchen had plenty of plates, utensils, etc., and the family/gathering rooms could easily hold a crowd comfortably. We walked downtown each day and enjoyed our Prelude immensely. Loved everything about our stay!

Beautiful Home in Perfect Location

This house was stocked with everything you could ask for and the space was unbelievable. It’s gorgeous home and perfectly located in between the town square and the beach. When returning to Kennebunk, we would definitely stay here again!!

Nice house in a perfect location

The house is very comfortable with many sitting and eating areas. A well-furnished large kitchen made it a pleasure to be in. Walking to the beach or into town were easy as it sits just between the 2. I would definitely rent it again.

Beautiful Kennebunkport Home

We came back to the area after many years to celebrate my mom’s birthday. The house was beautifully decorated, clean, and included thoughtful details. The proximity to Kennebunkport was exceptional. We would definitely rent again - highly recommended!

Beach House Bliss

Our stay at this property exceeded our expectations. The house was immaculate, with more than ample space for our group of 10 adults. The kitchen was well stocked . It was a short walk to town and beach. We are already thinking of our next stay in this house!

Perfect location for a perfect house!

First, this place was HUGE! We literally got lost in all the random doors and rooms. The entire house was well stocked. The beds were very comfortable, including pillows, which is huge. The kitchen is very well stocked. We made dinner and breakfast without missing a thing. Plenty of utensils and dinnerware. Also, Having a good washer and dryer was a huge plus. We were able to do our laundry before leaving and it made the return home a breeze. We loved the character of this historic home and also how it was decorated. It was so charming. We also loved the perfect location. It was so close to town. This house was really pretty perfect. If I had to come up with a suggestion, I would suggest a few extra towels. There were only two pretty small bath towels per bedroom. We were able to split up the extras from the open bedrooms, but having a few extra towels would have been nice. Definitely not a deal breaker though. Just a note.

Fabulous rental!

Spent a week in June- house was the best house we’ve ever rented. First of all, totally immaculate. Not a single dust bunny. The house is beyond gorgeous, even nicer and bigger than the photos. We liked that our couple with kids could stay in the two bedrooms with their own bath towards the back of the house for everyone’s privacy. The location is also ideal with a short walk both to town and beach. We had a minor maintenance issue which was addressed immediately. Yard is private with multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy. Would give higher than five stars if I could! Thanks for an awesome vacation!

Early Summer family getaway

The beautifully renovated historic home has all the charm of the 1850's, with the amenities and furnishings of a modern luxury vacation home. The location was central to everything our family loves to do! Dock Square is perfect for strolling, shopping, dining, and treats. The walk to the beach entrance is short, but the long stretch of classic Maine beach has everything you would want to do (run, bike, stroll, sunbathe, etc.). We rode our bikes up into Kennebunkport as well, which was relatively easy with gorgeous coastal views. Side trips to Ogunquit, Wells, and Kittery are always fun, and less than 1/2 hour away.

Cute, Clean and Close to Town!

The property exceeded all expectations. We were a group of 8 women ranging in age from 36 to 78 (some friends, some mother's and daughters) and the house was perfect for everyone. Plenty of space to relax, and felt fresh and clean. The property is within walking distance to the shops and restaurants in town, which was great when we split off into smaller groups. The host's representative was easy to work with and constantly made himself available throughout the weekend which was reassuring should any issues come up, but they didn't. It was an excellent rental and I definitely recommend it.

Beautiful house, excellent location

I rented this house for a girls weekend in Maine. Not only is the house a short walk to most things in Kennebunkport, but it’s also a short drive to the towns of Ogunquit and Portland. The house is well appointed with everything you’d need. The only disappointment was that we couldn’t use the fireplace - would have been nice on some chilly fall nights.

Amazing Getaway!

My girlfriends and I loved our trip to Kennebunk! The house was beyond gorgeous, just steps away from the lively town. The beach was also only a 15 minute walk away. House was clean and host was easy to communicate with.
