Luxury in Dock Suare!! This fully renovated 6 bedroom, 6.5 bathroom provides all the ameneties you would need while being located right in town. Renovations include full AC throughout, chefs kitchen, in-ground heated swimming pool with extensive patio area pool side to enjoy those hot summer days and outdoor dining.
The house has first floor bedroom with an en-suite bath. There are two staircases that lead to the second floor with access to the spacious second floor master overlooking the pool and four other bedrooms. All bathroooms are fully updated.
The pool area is a relaxing oasis! After a swim enter the home in the pool changing bathroom with includes shower!
Pool is open from Middle of May thru the end of September. STR License STR21-00352
The house has first floor bedroom with an en-suite bath. There are two staircases that lead to the second floor with access to the spacious second floor master overlooking the pool and four other bedrooms. All bathroooms are fully updated.

Loved our stay in this beautiful home. Cannot beat the location. Easy stroll into shops, restaurants and lots of ice cream. About a mile and a half from Gooch’s Beach - some rode, some walked. Spent a day in Portland about a half hour drive. Some pretty hiking areas close by. The house itself was roomy, organized and well appointed. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. (Great water pressure) and the pool area was perfect! Absolutely loved our stay.

Modem KPT vintage best of both worlds
Grateful for this trip and for Jamie and the property managers, who were incredibly responsive—especially when we needed propane on the 4th! The pool was an absolute game changer—truly heaven-sent. The outdoor shower and bathroom were AMAZING, especially with so many kids. Ability to walk to town for shopping or ice cream made everyone so happy. So many options for everyone. Thank you for the memories and letting us continue our tradition in an amazing way.

Fantastic place to stay for Prelude activities
My family had a great stay during the Christmas Prelude in Kennebunkport. Comfortable bedrooms with bathrooms plus plenty of family space. A bit chilly in the family room with high ceilings and couches that could use upgrading.

Perfect spot
Location was excellent - 5 minute walk to dock square, 2 mile run to Walker Point. The place was clean and ready upon our arrival, with ample towels for everyone. There were five spacious king rooms, 4 of which had an en suite bathroom - really a ton of space. The pool is also great, with a solid outdoor entertaining area. Only complaint (a minor one) was there was not enough shampoo or body wash in the bathrooms - they only had conditioner. Easy fix though. Would recommend this place 10/10!

Port House
Town trash pickup was on the 2nd day of our stay. It would have been nice if there was another way to dispose of trash later in the week as well. There was no recycling bin so all week long I took it to my house or my mothers which was not convenient or ideal. Several of the bathrooms were not adequately supplied with soap, shampoo and toilet paper.
Otherwise it was a lovely house and our stay was fabulous. Thank you

Amazing stay over Thanksgiving
We selected this home to bring family together over Thanksgiving. We had 12 people aged 14-90 all under one roof. The home is well laid out, with large areas for gathering and separate living rooms for those who wanted a little privacy. Bathrooms are clean and updated (great water pressure/ hot water/ nice hair dryers). We hosted Thanksgiving dinner there, and the kitchen is very well equipped with tons of serving dishes and utensils. Location is also amazing. It's a short walk to town and the harbor. I would absolutely stay there again.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location
Stayed with five couples, siblings with spouses the end of September. This is a beautiful home in a great location just around the corner from Dock Square. There were 5 five bedrooms with king sized beds and a sixth bedroom we did not use with twin beds and one double which shared a hallway bathroom with one of the kings. The other four bedrooms had bathrooms en-suite. Bathrooms were clean and look to be newly remodeled with beautiful walk in showers. Water pressure was great. The beds were very comfy. The kitchen has everything you need to cook in and there is a gas grill outside near the patio area. The heated pool was still open and and we still took a dip even though a little chilly. Plenty of space to hang out and relax inside and out. The dining room table was perfect for 10. The manager of the property was easy to communicate with and had someone run over the next morning to replenish the dish soap that was empty.
Overall we enjoyed this property and all worked out well for this family get together and we would not hesitate to return.
