The bed linen and pillows made me sweat no matter what temperature the thermostat was set at. This seems to be a problem in allot of hotels I’ve stayed. ”This hotel is filthy and run down the carpets are soiled there is mold in the bathroom and it smells very bad. The owners have no concern for their customers and I will never stay in a Sleep Inn again. ”

”No elevator to the second floor was inconvenient for us seniors, room was clean and bed was comfortable. Free breakfast was minimal, coffee only in your room. Very good location, but it’s an older property, but price was reasonable.”

”Was bitten by bugs within 30 minutes of arriving the room. Told management I wanted a refund. They hesitated at first but after seeing the bites on my wife’s legs, and photos of the bugs on the carpet and bed, they agreed and provided a refund!”

”Disappointing stay at Embassy Suites. Checking in went well. When got to the room it wasn’t well maintained. Bathroom door wouldn’t close and there was mildew on the bathtub grout. No blankets for the pull out bed. The first morning of our stay we attempted to use the breakfast provided which ended at 9:30am. Went down at 9:10am and there was barely any food left. Just crumbs of bacon, fruit and yogurt gone, no pastries, etc. We then tried to get coffee and that was completely out. I walked...
