The townhouse is part of the westward facing building (no “lake view”) next to Lake Michigan. The unit is a 2 bedroom 2.5 baths with the half bath on the main level and full baths on 2nd level with bedrooms (king & 2 fulls).

You will have access to the whole location except the owner`s closet area in the basement. The basement is not finished but provides extra space to hang out and where games are located.
All guests need to be included on the reservation and have an airbnb account linked, if an adult. A Hostaway link will be provided at booking to create an account for communication and to provide information if guests are not registered with the booking platform. Guests` visitors to the premise* may only be considered on a pre-approval basis and with limitations.
No vaping or smoking in/on premise* or within 25 feet of a building to allow all residents smoke free enjoyment of their home. Any smoking or vaping must be done down by the street with responsible disposal of trash & debris.
Only pre-approved dogs will be considered with restrictions and additional fee. No cats.
Trash must be bagged and tied shut, no loose trash in the bin. Pickup is Monday morning and the bin(s) will need to be taken out and brought back in.
Large vehicles (truck/suv) use street parking. One car/ midsize suv may park in the garage.
To be considerate of cleaners schedules reservation changes and late checkouts may result in additional charges.
Additional cleaning of linens for stains from oil based products, pet hair, trash on grounds etc may incur additional charges.
*The premise refers to the unit, balcony, garage and the entire Harborview Condominiums grounds.
