”The food at all Hampton Inn Hotels is terrible. The eggs, bacon, sausage needs to be of better quality. Also need to serve whole milk. The two percent milk just doesn't cut it for me and my family. I wouldn't mind paying five or ten dollars extra for better quality food items. This would eliminate going to a restaurant after checking out of the hotel. Plus it would be more convenient for your guest. Please stop serving the same old items everyone else serves and upgrade your breakfast. ...

”Great hotel, clean and rooms are very comfortable. Loved that they have coffee 24/7 and water stations. The commons area is very nice and inviting. There is no pool but there is a small workout room. Only downside was breakfast… not great.”

This must’ve been the oldest room in the place and the lock didn’t work. They had us right next to the compressor room so all night long we heard that thing turning on and off. And after a poor nights sleep, we got up for what used to be complimentary coffee only to learn they now charge for...

”I really enjoyed my stay at residence inn in Novi. I love that the pool open so early. The temperature was just right not to cold like most hotel pools can be. My room was just the right size for me. I felt that I was close enough to most things and getting around. The staff that I came in contact with were very pleasant.”
