”When we checked in no one asked us for a security deposit for our dog. When I was checking out the front desk person was surprised that we did not leave a deposit. We are now in your Macon, GA. hotel and I told the person at the front I had a service dog . All she did was had me fill out a form & a small $25. refundable deposit Just thought you should know”

”Absolutely horrible stay! There is massive construction going on- there is no parking, no pool, dirt/trash blowing everywhere outside on the property AND- it’s loud with all the work going on. At one point, they turned the water off without notifying anyone. There’s construction tape up everywhere and parts of hotel roped off. And the pool being closed— not good at all. It smells awful when you walk into the lobby-Iike mold or something… Was very disappointed none of this was communicating...

”no smoking room stunk like smoke. told Mgr and he sprayed bathroom air freshener( useless). then someone was smoking outside my room and a/c unit pulled the smoke in. won't be back”

”Positives: -Amazing room! Remarkably clean!! Beds were PERFECT! Not too stiff, not too soft, just right!! Larger than any Double Queen I’ve ever stayed in. Very large and clean bathroom! Well appointed kitchenette! -Great gym!! Great selection of weightlifting equipment and cardio equipment, too! Very Clean!! -Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Negatives: -Water Softening system makes the water feel slimy. Should switch to a salt added water softening system. -Breakfasts were mediocre...
