William was very enthusiastic in giving us the historical information on the house tour. The complimentary champagne was a bonus. It’s a special place to stay.”

”Our group of 4 ladies loved our 2 Bedroom 2 bathroom apartments. Gave us a private bed and bathroom for each of us. No sharing !! The apartments were very clean and serviced daily. Staff were excellent and access to shops was great. We will certainly recommend those that require excellence to stay here.”

”My stay was pleasant, rooms were fairly spacious and clean. Good to note for people sharing room, the bathroom walls are made out of (frosted) glass so not very private. Also depending on which side of the building you stay, there was extremely loud music playing on Friday and Saturday late night from a nearby club, which would have made a light sleeper struggle. (My room was on the same side as the elevators) The free breakfast was fairly crowded close to the ending time, but apparently more...

It has been a few years since my last stay at this hotel and while the room decor hasn’t changed, neither has the polite and courteous nature of the staff. From check in to check out, everyone was friendly and helpful. My room was large with a great sized desk for working. The bed was comfortable. The tram stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel and the train station is next door. I heard no noise from either. I would definitely...
