”There were 2 handicap parking spaces. In order to park in them you had to ride a motorcycle or drive a “Smart Car”. The door to the room was coming off its hinge.”

”Price was great, room was CLEAN and smelled clean. Hot breakfast was good, but no individual milk, juice. Staff was awesome and present when needed. Bring your noise canceling device. I didn't. Y'all gotta do something about the air conditioner. It's loud and it runs long enough to get used to the sound and when it would shut off, the silence would be just as loud. Run for 30 minutes off for 30min. The side of the hotel that faces McDonald's, also faces the dumpster crib. Heard that thing...

”It was what you would expect of a budget motel. The one downside is they had the lobby locked, and you had to sit in a small box just to check in, or talk to them.”

”The location is great for an overnighter. Walmart is close for replenishment of items when on a road trip. If anyone is looking for a great dining experience go to the Grumpy Rabbit in historical Lonoake. It's only minutes from the hotel. The hotel is fine and has a hot breakfast. However the new drapes are defective...the pulls break off when handling.”

”Room was clean and the mattress was firm, which I liked. Front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Easy access to all the locations I needed to go. I was disappointed with the breakfast. The area was immaculately clean and orderly. The eggs were awful. Stick to the oatmeal or pancakes.”

”Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

”We had a quick stay, just for one night, then off to the airport. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. We needed to leave quite early to catch a flight. The shuttle was quick and efficient. We even got a quick bite to eat or coffee to go.”

”The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary.”

”Good location close to river. Seemed pretty safe. Spacious and clean room. Damian was super helpful at check-in. Breakfast buffet was very good. Be aware that parking in secure garage behind the hotel is $15 extra.”

”This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.”

”A hotel room should be: Clean Safe Comfortable Quiet This place was NOT quiet. The large space under the door let in every sound from the hallway, the plumbing made noise and trucks in the parking lot made a racquet at 4am!!!”
