Each room has been thoughtfully furnished and the property enjoys several interconnecting central chambers with curved stone ceilings and archways. This central living space forms the main hub of the house and is furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, a flatscreen smart TV and a dining table. The well-equipped kitchen chamber is fitted with; a cooker hob, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Dolcegusto coffee maker and a fridge freezer.

Location

The property is located in the West of the Island of Gozo, a 6-minute walk from the centre of the village of Kerċem and a 13-minute walk from the centre of Gozo’s capital Victoria (also known as Rabat). The closest restaurant is a 7-minute walk and there is a supermarket a 5-minute walk away.

Known for its rural charm Kerċem is one of the larger villages on the island and is surrounded by the most beautiful inland landscapes. Guests can enjoy the picturesque Lunzjata Valley (a 20-minute walk/5-minute drive), the green hills of “tal-Mixta” (a 25-minute drive), “Għar Ilma” (a 25-minute walk), “ta’ Dbieġi” (a 50-minute walk) and the Xlendi cliffs (a 10-minute drive).

Beach lovers can head to Xlendi Beach (a 7-minute drive), Gorgun Beach (a 10-minute drive) or Mġarr ix-Xini (a 15-minute drive).
