  • Viihtyisä sisäänkäynti johtaa valoisaan, avoin olohuoneeseen, ruokailutila, jossa on keittiö. Tässä tilavassa huoneessa on luonnollinen auringonvalo suurten ikkunoiden läpi, joista kaikki on näkymät uima-allasalueelle, josta on upeat näkymät maaseudulle. Valmistunut rakennettu kivi BBQ, t��ydellinen aurinkoinen iltapäivä.
    Ensimmäisessä kerroksessa on neljä makuuhuonetta, joista kaksi on näkymät uima-allasalueelle. Makuuhuone on varustettu ensuite, kun taas muut makuuhuoneet jakavat nurkassa amme / suihkuhuone hall tavalla. On my��s toinen puoli kylpyhuone pohjakerroksessa koostuu pesuallas ja wc.
    Majoituspaikassa on ihanan tilava autotalli, joka sopii 3 pieneen autoon, ja enemmän tilaa suoraan autotallien ovien edessä.
    Huomioithan, että hintaan ei sisälly Maltan ympäristömaksu, lain mukaan meidän on kerättäv�� se saapuessaan kaikista turisteista, mukaan lukien paikalliset asukkaat 18 vuotta täyttäneiltä. Vero on 0 € 50c per henkilö jokaisesta Maltan saarilla vietetystä yöstä. Enintään 5 euroa henkil��ä kohti jokaiselle jatkuvalle oleskelulle. Tämä maksetaan paikan päällä vain käteisellä ja kerätään sis��änkirjautumisen yhteydessä jonkun henkilökuntamme toimesta.

    Tähän majoitukseen sisältyy: Kaikki sängyt valmistetaan sopivilla liinavaatteilla sekä vaatekaapin ylimääräiset peitot, jos tarvitset lisää kerroksia. Tämän lisäksi sinulle tarjotaan myös kaksi pyyhettä per henkilö - jotka sijoitetaan käyttövalmiisiin sänkyihin.
    Tarjoamme myös kaikki varaukset, joissa on 1x astianpesukone tabletti ja 1 x pesukone tabletti per yö loman.

    L��himmät ravintolat sijaitsevat 2 km: n päässä Victoria-kaupungin kaupungista. Lähin ranta Xlendi on 3. 4 km: n päässä majoituspaikasta. Lähin bussipysäkki on 500 metrin päässä hotellista. Bussi nro 313
     
    Kercem kylä, jossa majoitus asuu, on pieni, ja sen asukasluku on noin 1700. Kiinteistö sijaitsee rauhallisella ja rauhallisella alueella. Lähimmät rannat ovat Xlendi ja Dwejra, jossa kuuluisa Azure-ikkuna oli.

The layout of the property was excellent, plenty of space, lovely pool, local amenities good - David’s Bakery, Greens Sports Bar had excellent evening meals. Bedrooms spacious and beds comfortable. We hired two cars as we wanted to be able to travel around the island with three young children . The only disappointment was that the kitchen was not well equipped for a family of 7. More cutlery is definitely needed. One sofa had a hole in the cushion, we used a throw to cover, but it’s sad when the down stairs furnishings are tired.

Great property, had not clicked the need for coins to operate the air con but that could be our fault. Host was extremely speedy with all her communication

Great stay at Baron holiday home

The place is very spacious and sound proofed. We could play music until late at night without disturbing neighbors. Small side note is that its hard to find small shops close to the home without travelling by car.

Great house and lovely pool

The underground garage was a bonus so we didn’t have to get into hot cars. House is very spacious. Kitchen is quite well equipped and water dispenser a bonus. Showers were good and beds were comfortable and air conditioning was quite quiet. Outside was a lovely big and deep pool (at one end) there was always sunshine and shade and sun beds were comfortable. Good location you could walk into Victoria in 20-25 minutes. Nothing

Great Value

We had a nice stay at this property. It is equipped with certain things minimally (limited garbage bags, toilet paper, no basic cooking things like oil, salt, pepper) but as long as you are aware, it's fine. We had everything else we needed and the manager was easy enough to communicate with using the company's messaging system (not VRBO). As well, the heating and AC is pay per use. The space was great for our group of 9 and within 20 minutes we were in a wonderful main town square. There is also parking for many cars. Beds were comfortable. Lots of equipment to cook with. They helped us arrange fun activities and rental cars too! For this price, its a fantastic stay.

Gozo hol

Property was as described and had all the facilities that could be expected. The pool was well-used as we visited during the heatwave of July 2023. The only issue we had was with power cuts, which were very frequent - each time they caused the fuse box to trip, which then required resetting. When this happened multiple times and every 10 minutes it was frustrating, as were the 2 nights when we had no power all night, so no air-con, which was very uncomfortable. The dishwasher could do with a good clean as it smelled of drains. We also found a hire car very useful. Overall, pretty satisfied ☺️

Geräumiges Haus in guter Lage

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Kercem! Die Lage ist prima, da vor den Toren Victorias, Gozos Hauptstadt. Grundsätzlich ein ruhiger Standort, allerdings hört man die Geräusche der nahe legenen Schule. Die Ausstattung mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 3 Bädern / WC hat uns super gefallen, ebenso wie der Pool. Dieser war Ende Oktober recht kalt, aber das war okay. Wir würden dieses Haus wieder buchen.

Very little to find fault with

Lovely clean, well equipped and spacious accommodation. Far enough out of Victoria to be a quiet retreat, but close enough for easy access. Other things I would put on the "would be nice but not essential" list would be a better coffee maker, a few more kitchen essentials ( oil, tea,coffee, salt, pepper) and a few more food preparation boards for the otherwise we'll equipped kitchen.

Clean and comfy stay in beautiful home

We loved our stay at The Arches, the place was really spacious and clean - especially the pool area which we enjoyed making use of every day. One disappointment is that the air conditioning is chargeable. There is a machine you feed with euros in the entrance hall to keep it working. If you need it on a lot in high summer this could cost you a significant amount on top of your reservation fee. I've noticed this is flagged on the listing but somewhat buried in the text so easily missed (we missed this detail).

pleasant stay

The house is comfortable and nice. It has all basic needs, clean, and has good standard towels and linen. Pool is of a good size and has a nice overflow system. We all enjoyed our stay and want to mention how efficient Mr Donald Said is when contacted about minor issues that needed fixing. He was pleasant, patient and always reachable when contacted no matter the day or time. Maintenance personal was very professional. We can say that we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay.

Sehr schöne und großzügige Ferienwohnung

Ruhige Lage. Wir waren 1 Woche mit 7 Erwachsenen und 1 Baby. Genügend Platz und Freiraum. Bus fährt jede Stunde ein paar Meter vom Haus entfernt. Küche war etwas mager ausgestattt, jedoch ausreichend. Auf jeden Fall zu empfehlen!

Ideal Gozo retreat

Happy to recommend this property after a great two week holiday there. Large and spacious and with a good sized pool, the property has good country views from the rear and views out over towards Fontana from the front. It's part of a development of five or six similar sized properties, but the deck and pool area give lots of privacy due to the layout. Kercem is quite a small village, with no obvious restaurants, but there's an excellent small supermarket, a superb bakery and a bus stop two minutes walk away. The only element which can prove slightly unnerving the first few times you park in an unfamiliar hire car is the quite steep slope down to the underground garage, but we soon got used to it. The upside is that the car gets shade from the property, so it's not 40c when you get in to head off out. We've booked through Baron Homes before and we had a couple of minor reasons to call them out - a sticking lock, switching gas cylinders etc and they responded immediately. More than happy to recommend Baron Homes and this property.

Amazing!!! Beautiful place

We had an amazing stay in your villa in Kercem. Apartment was very spacious and well equipped. Location was ideal for us although it wasn't by the seaside. Being without the car and using public transport only we visited all the places we wanted to. And if we didn't feel like going anywhere, the private swimming pool was a great option too.
