”Clean room”

”For a three-night stay, this place did the trick. The check-in process was easy, and the woman at the Front Desk was pleasant enough. The hotel itself is a bit outdated, but the room was pretty well-kept and the housekeeping staff was friendly. Aside from a few issues (tricky tub faucet, slow-draining bathroom sink, shower rod not fully secured, and a very brief overnight power outage one night), everything was okay. ”Overall, I had a very nice and comfortable stay. Breakfast is good, but coffee is awful! The room is comfortable and clean, but marks on the wall/baseboard are not appealing along with rust spots in the shower. The chicken wings were delicious, and bar service on my last night was awesome! However, when I first arrived, the two ladies at the front desk were cold and distant. The service I received at the bar/ restaurant that night was a bit upsetting. They didn’t seem to know what they were...

”There was no one at the facility! I happened to run into an employee dropping by and he pointed me toward a room that had been prepared: there was no formal check-in or check-out at all! ROom was clean and well prepared. No food within a half hour drive (the restaurant advertised was closed).”

”Clean rooms and basic amenities. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Parking is easy and abundant. Breakfast is as basic as it gets and doesn’t offer any fresh fruit or a variety of pastries.”

”The rooms and the lobby were fine, but the hallways were very rundown, the doors were old and hard to open, and the room itself could have been cleaner. Outside of the hotel was really rough too - I almost didn't want to stay. The parking lot looked deserted. Also...no secure wifi????”

”I arrived early and the woman at the desk was helpful and was able to accommodate the early check in. She also suggested a great place nearby to visit. Overall, the hotel was clean, yet was in need of some maintenance, for example, a peeling bathroom door, stained ceiling and chairs in my room, and the shower did not convert from bath to overhead even though I tried multiple times. I was disappointed that, as my room was located next to the lobby, there was a group of people just outside my door...

”It was a very confidante stay. The parking was no hassle with ample space between vehicles. Staff was pretty friendly. The room was clean and comfortable. I would stay there again.”

”The room was BEAUTIFUL. It was 2 walls of windows overlooking the Catskills, it was perfect. The bed was comfortable and the pool was lovely. The room could have been cleaned better - there were wrappers on the floor and a lot of dust/hair in the bathroom. There also is not a continental breakfast and the cafe downstairs is very minimal on what they offer.”
