”The Only Elevator and the Ice Machine on the 4th Floor were out of order. The Breakfast was adequate. This hotel does NOT live up to the standards of a Marriott Hotel.”

”Farmington Inn is quaint and has a mature person feel. The room was older and smelled like a nursing home yet it was clean and served the purpose. There was a small laundry room fire while we were there. Luckily, I was in my room and evacuated me and my dog safely. I questioned if they would have gone in to get my dog if I were not there. That question remains unanswered. I’d stay again. It was close to the interstate and food options and some of the most beautiful walks. ”

”Not great. Rooms were fine. Not super clean. Property was fine. More of a cheap extended stay place than a hotel to spend a night or two at. ”

”The hotel was clean, clearly recently renovated. Location was convenient, well lit, and appeared safe. 4 stars due to lack of coffee in room and limited breakfast options. Would definitely stay again if in the area.”

”Check in with ease however for some reason my key fob was deactivated and i couldnt get in. I dint like the fact that there was only coffee for breakfast and unfortunately I dont drink coffee so breakfast was not included. Also other than coffee nothing else was offered.”

”The breakfast buffet was lovely. Our concern was that all guests are charged an additional $20/day for amenities. We were there on a Monday overnight. The restaurant was closed, the pub was closed, the pool table room was closed, the pool wasn't open yet for the season and there wasn't any special programming. It would be more transparent to just include that $20 in the fee, then to make it seem like you are getting some extra amenities that any other hotel would just have included in the cost”

Bathroom not really clean.”, found long hairs all around that were not mine Service was okay but a little snarky Only 2 towels and 2 facecloths for 2 people for 2 days, no extra supplies No glasses or any flatware. No ice bucket or ice trays in the freezer ”

”Needed an inexpensive overnight room and it was exactly what we needed. This hotel seems to be an older model; if you’re looking for luxury and modern things, go elsewhere. I did notice some small holes on the curtains along stains from wear and tear inside mini fridge, bathroom and light fixtures… did this ruin my trip? Absolutely not. Bed was comfortable and clean, overall carpets and common areas were clean and spacious. It was raining pretty bad the evening we got there so we weren’t able to...

”A beautiful hotel to stay in located in the heart of West Hartford. The helpful staff and easy valet parking make any visit even more enjoyable. The breakfast is always delicious and we look forward to that part of our trip! The rooms are clean, tidy and very comfortable. The well appointed gym is a nice plus. Cannot wait for our next trip!!!!”
