”Disgusting. Parties all night. Families living there. Room was nothing like the picture. Left at 3 am because I didn’t feel safe there. ”

”Amazing hotel staff and brand new hotel. Everything about our stay was great. went out of their way to welcome our group traveling together.”

”Everything was great except no coffee maker in room, I was also near a back entrance/exit so that was noisy at times. I don't recommend those rooms.The bed was great, room clean, liked staff, breakfast nice. I would stay again.”

”Hotel is run down. Pool was closed and the staff didn't think it would be opening anytime soon.”

”STAY AWAY. I booked our reservation almost three months in advance. When I showed up, I was told that they did not have any open rooms. They said they tried to call me in the morning but that was not true. All the hotels in Greensboro were booked so we ended up having to stay in High Point. I think that may be a blessing because the venue was dirty and not well maintained. A guy in the parking lot even tried to start a fight. Not worth your time or money.”

”The area was so trashy! The hotel was sketchy! The room was dirty, we saw a crack pipe in our room. Only stayed because it was a short stay and we couldn’t get refunded”

”Unfortunately I refused to check in once getting to the property. The conditions were poor, and the property smelled like weed.. There were people standing outside their doors partying, drinking and smoking weed and one man was standing in his underwear. I did not feel safe and especially with my grandson.. Horrible experience.. The clerk understood my concerns and acted like this was normal and was helpful in giving me back my money, so that was a plus”

”I am still traumatized Did not have rooms when showed up to work for the week just to find out the room i had paid for abd reserved was not calod onsite/ no availability. Disgusting beyond this do not stay here!”

”Awful . Booked online then they said they do not accept Expedia reservations?? Smelled really gross like a dirty bathroom inside the front desk I would not recommend and suggest they get listed off of Expedia so no one else has to waste their time.”

”We ended up not staying because after i booked they listed all the fees. You have to check in by 8 pm but is listed as 2:30am and there is a $20 per person per day fee to use the pool. And you have to give a 48 hr notice to even use the pool and i booked last minute so that would have been a waste too. To use the hot tub its $100 extra but that is the only thing listed before you book. It would not have been worth the 3.5 hr drive we were going to make. ”
