Welcome to the River Trail Cottages, conveniently located about 2 minutes drive from Downtown Kerrville and the Shreiner University.

This cottage is situated within a few steps to the Guadelupe River and the Guadalupe River Urban Trail. Enjoy a walk or bike on the trail, fishing on the river, or visiting wineries in the region - let our centrally located cottage be a hub for you to explore all that the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

This relatively new cottage (built in 2018) includes a deck overlooking the river trail and the Guadalupe River.

This cottage features:

• Free private parking space for 1 vehicle
• Two Queen beds
• Smart TV
• Free WiFi
• Functional kitchenette with small fridge, microwave, and coffeemaker
• Nice full bathroom with shower/tub combo
• Outdoor picnic table right in front of the cottage for guest usage
• Fire pits in the outdoor lawn area
• BBQ grills along the river front
• Onsite event space for rental (if you wish to celebrate birthday, anniversary or any special occasions)

If you are interested in coming with a large group, this cottage is built in a duplex configuration with an adjacent cottage that has 1 king bed. Together both cottages can accomodate at least 6 people. The cottage each has an enclosed porch for privacy, but also share a sliding door at the porch that is ideal for family/friends travelling together. We also have other cottages that you can book with. Please feel free to contact us about group booking.

Guests have full access to all the outdoor amenities offered on our property including BBQ grills, fire pits, access to the River Trail and the Guadelupe River.

Our property is pet friendly, but we do have a limit of 2 pets for this cottage. We do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals and reptiles.

We also don't recommend staying with small children as this cottage as it is NOT baby/child proof, or have any baby amenities. However, we welcome well behaved kids both young and older.

No photography or filming for commercial purposes allowed without prior written authorization.

No events or parties without prior written authorization from us.

We do not have access to a laundry room (washer and dryer) for this cabin.
We are committed to providing a safe and peaceful environment for all guests. Please review the following policies:

• Prohibited Activities: No drugs, illegal activities, or fireworks are allowed on the property.

• Quiet Hours: 10:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m. daily.

• No smoking inside and around cottages. Violators will be fined $250 per occurrence. Designated smoking areas are available near the outdoor fire pits.

• Pets: We welcome dogs but do not allow cats, birds, fish, farm animals, or reptiles.
o Keep pets leashed or kenneled while on the property.
o Clean up after them.
o No pets on furniture or comforters.
o Do not leave pets alone in the cottage for more than 3 hours.

• Parties & Events: Not permitted without prior written approval from RTC management.

• Children: We welcome families, but cottages are not baby/childproof and do not include baby amenities.

• Photography & Filming: Commercial photography or filming requires prior written approval.

• Laundry: Onsite laundry facilities are unavailable, but a laundromat and dry cleaning services are nearby.
