Guadalupe Bluff Bunk House - Located overlooking the Guadalupe River

Beautifully situated atop the Bluff of the Guadalupe River. This extraordinary country house has been newly remodeled and equipped with everything you need for a dream vacation. There is an outstanding view from the house, yard, and a hot tub of the Guadalupe River. Features an adult tree house with built-in seating and bar. The kitchen is well-equipped to do your own cooking and there is more than adequate dining space for everyone to sit together. The bunk room is unlike any other rental in the hill country!
Fun for everyone! Hot tub, Firepit, cornhole, board games and cards.

This rental is not for parties. Many homes in the neighborhood are full time owners who enjoy the serenity that living in the country provides. Quiet time is 10pm - 9am. No loud parties or loud music during these hours. Only four vehicles permitted. If this house rule is broken, you will be evicted!

Absolutely no pets allowed. Owner is highly allergic!

We are proud to offer contactless check-in and check-out. We will contact you on the day before your arrival, to provide an access code to the property.

Great stay

This property was great! Everything was clean and worked properly. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Would be perfect for a big group with kids. I didn’t realize from the pictures, but there is no direct river access.

Great Family Trip

It was a wonderful place to gather all of our families to celebrate my mother's life. We had 3 families staying on the property (from CA and HI) with room for my sister's family (in Kerrville) to join us for meals and game nights. We greatly appreciated the owners coming out quickly when we had trouble with internet access. Great view, plenty of room, lots of fond memories. Thank you!

Cool hideaway

House was exactly as described and thoughtfully furnished. We had a group that included an infant, a teenager, 2 couples, and two other adults. Everyone was comfortable and there was plenty of room for more people if needed. Checkin, communication, and checkout were all smooth and easy. 100% would stay again.

Dad and son's weekend trip

This was a trip for our father and his sons and grandsons. There were 10 of us. It was a perfect location for our trip to Kerrville for a vintage bike show. There was plenty of room and very comfortable for everyone. We would definitely stay here again.

Almost 5 stars

Everything was amazing my youngest called it the best house ever she loved it. As we All had plenty of space and room. The only two very small complaints are the hot tub should be treated more offer by day two it smelled fishy and the water was supper cloudy. The one other thing is the bunk house is setup with all the tv Netflix ect none of the bedrooms were so had to watch tv in the bunk house.

Home away from home

This property had everything we expected. Bunkroom was excellent. Kids had their own area to watch TV and play their board games. We had plenty of space to accompany 7 adults and 5 kids. All you need when you stay here is your food and clothes.

Great view and lots of bedrooms

The house was clean with plenty of sleeping space. The view was beautiful. However it’s not at all stocked for 16 people. The kitchen was almost bare and there was seating for 5 people in the living room. It would be a great place for large families if it was better stocked and had more seating.

Perfect for a Large Group/Retreat

This house is super cute and comfortable and can sleep a lot of people. The kitchen and dining area are set up for large groups as well. The bunk room with separate kitchen area is perfect for teens who want their own space!

Even better than expected

This place was perfect for a group of adults to relax and visit. We didn’t even leave the property, they had everything you could want. The bunk beds were especially comfortable. There was just enough separation in the different areas of the house that it stayed quiet, even with the group. The backyard is amazing, with great views. The elevated sitting area has really nice seating. I would not change a thing! 10/10

Hidden gem

We stayed at this property this recently and really enjoyed the stay. There were no surprises - everything was in place as presented. Communication via email was always answered in a timely manner. We had no issues at the house other than being technology-challenged with the televisions! Once we figured them out, all was good. We are nicknaming the property for ourselves the "Step Bunkhouse" - the were small steps here and there, and because of the awesome bunk room! Overall - we do intend on making this trip an annual event with our friends.

Lovely property. put together beautiful details

Only had one issue. Master shower was plugged. There was a plunger in restroom. Was able to unclog it . Guess was not happy that she had to get out for me to do the service . But other then that we had a wonderful time .
