”Hotel manager accidentally checked my son into the room they reserved for my husband and myself. When we tried to check in he realized what he had done and accused our son of stealing our room. This was a prepaid room. He threatened to call the police. We tried to tell him it was okay and to just give us a different room. He would not listen to what we had to say.
