”Hotel is new and in great condition, staff are kind. But they are very slow and need proper training I think. Restaurant service is slow. I had to wait with small kid for 1,5 h to get our food (it was delicious, but such a slow service)
I visited the same hotel again in a few months and the same experience. Breakfast was not ready in the morning and nobody is the restaurant to prepare and we had to leave without breakfast.”

”The hotel is nice, and location is good. Couple issues happened: after checking in I went to the room, and soon another persona opened the door with his key card, he was actually given same room. Obviously he got another room, and all was ok. The key card did not work two times during my stay, it is little annoying to return from fourth floor back to the reception, but that happens. Otherwise good hotel experience.”
