”The manager was Extremely nice. There was definitely some things that should not have been going on our room, the manager did change the room. Then housekeepers are not keeping supplies in the room as needed. The manager did apologize and offered to discount our stay but wasn’t sure how to do so with Expedia, I do think some discount should be given for issues presented to the manager. ”

”Room was really hot when we walked in. Took an hour for AC to lower it to 70. Other than that, this was the nicest Hampton ever.”

”This was great place to stop for the night. Very welcoming and accepting of pets. Their is a nice, small doggie walking area. The staff was very friendly and efficient. The breakfast was simple but good... it included various pastries, yogurt, fruit, eggs, sausage, biscuits w/gravy, and a waffle station.There gas stations and a few restaurants nearby as well. ”

”Room was kinda cool, and it was clean. Felt like a house flipper recently touched it. But there was no desk, table to eat at, or a dresser. The heavy curtains were installed on an extendable rod with curtain clips that came undone when I tried to open them (and I was careful). The view was roof level anyway. All this along with shared kureg with no tea pods, shared brita ina shared fridge, with no reverse osmosis filter installation in the shared sink (on my floor at least) made it feel like...

”Rooms do not have individual temp controls in the suites. No comforter on the bed, just a very thin cover. I had to get out a throw blanket was stuffed in the closet. Cooking staff was blaring music in the kitchen at 5:45am and I could hear it clearly in my room. Only one staff person onsite when I checked in at 7:00pm, she was very nice couldn't show me to my room and my door code didn't work and had to walk back down the hill to the deck to get a new code.
