”We booked three rooms for a family. They were on different levels and not clean (hairs on the ground, garbage in the room).
No kitchen, just a fridge.
On the good side is the new and free washing machine. The way to the city is walkable.
The highway is very loud - you can't have the windows open...
Parking is a mess - they have a garage but it is allways blocked by owners or handymans cars.
An absolute no-go is that the owner was in the room while we were away and that all rooms have the same...

”We (two adults and two children, 2 & 5) stayed for 10 days. Everything was perfect. The house is beautiful, the surrounding is interesting and Mirea is a wonderful host. One day, the water wouldn't get hot and Mirea came immediately and fixed it. She anwsers very quickly on messages. She also brought us extra towels. I would recommend Villa Ardea. Be aware that there is a gravel road to the house. We did it without problem with a rental car though. ”
