”Decent hotel, room was big and clean.”

”The first room had a sticky carpet so we asked to switch rooms. the next room was fine but the bathroom fan was very dirty and grimy. We had a great hot tub the first morning. The next morning the hot tub was brown and foamy - there were dozens of kids from floor hockey teams this past weekend. Since this is one of the nicer hotels around, its surprising that those teams could afford this hotel. We had only planned to come the first night to visit a sick relative but I made a mistake thru...

”Great hotel for the value on the West side Pros: Big hotel with a great pool area as well as a Dennys attached. Comfortable beds and modern room Staff was very helpful and friendly...Maria was a a gem at checkout Walkable to food and shopping including WEM a short Uber away Cons: Hotel exterior and hallway carpets are showing their age. This is basically 2 hotels in one! Multiple entrances and front desks for the main hotel and a bridge to the tower hotel...a maze that makes Vegas hotels look...

”Absolutely the worst stay. Pee on the toilet seat upon arrival into the room. Switched rooms to an even worse room. This time I had stains on the curtains, hair all over the washroom floor and the carpet smelt like dirty socks. The staff was pretty useless. Zero stars in my opinion. Stay somewhere else.”
