”Maid service unlocked our door to come in when we were sleeping. It was NOT check out day. I had to sit up and tell the lady that we were in the room. Dirty diapers and trash at pool. Same trash throughout our 3 days there. Staff not knowledgeable. Pillows are flat. Mold on trim beside tub. Faucet broken but still functional. Could see daylight with door closed due to an apparent break in at our room. Smells moldy/musty/old. Definitely needs major upgrades. Floors not bad but need refilled in...

”Room was not very clean,carpet was dirty,nasty looking stuff all over the walls and ceiling. Inside of the frig was dirty,we didnt even want to put any food in it.towels and rags were stained.Would not stay here again unless I had no other options.”

”Price was great, room was CLEAN and smelled clean. Hot breakfast was good, but no individual milk, juice. Staff was awesome and present when needed. Bring your noise canceling device. I didn't. Y'all gotta do something about the air conditioner. It's loud and it runs long enough to get used to the sound and when it would shut off, the silence would be just as loud. Run for 30 minutes off for 30min. The side of the hotel that faces McDonald's, also faces the dumpster crib. Heard that thing...

”Room was clean and staff was friendly. My mqin issue is. I asked for an ADA room and I was given a room with a normal bathroom no rails or extra space. It was on thr bottom floor . I reserved and paid ahead we did have a late night arrival. I am just recovering from a temporary injury but anyone using a wheelchair or walker full time ahould double. Heck this amenity. Some of the furniture is a but run down. The parking lot is crazy trying to figure out how to get in especially at night.”

”Where we check in at was across the street from our room, room stunk, phone or tv didn’t work, toilet barely flushed, room was extremely hot took forever for it to cool down, had to ask for a extra sheet to put down under the door for the HUGE gap that was allowing bugs to come in the room and allow air out, found baby roaches all in the room, honestly the worst place I have ever stayed! Not at all worth the price! I wouldn’t recommend this to my enemy!”

”Reasonable price for these times. Room was clean and well maintained. They have a surcharge of $3 if you use a credit card to charge your room. There's a very tacky, cluttered and dirty breezeway where the ice machine is.”
