”The location was perfect. Our room was really comfortable and big for a standard room. Hotel staff were friendly. ”

”I was very pleased with my unit. I spent most of the day touring the area, so I did not use all of the amenities. But the unit was well-furnished and provisioned. All rooms and the bath were clean and well-maintained. I enjoyed having breakfast and one dinner at the on-site restaurant. ”

”The hotel is in a great area off Times Square so it is quiet from the noise of Times Square while super convenient. However, the walls are thin so if you have a noisy neighbor than well it is noisy. It is slightly older so the rooms and amenities are slightly dated. The size of the room is slightly bigger than normal for this area. I took a star off since I asked for specific housekeeping service and they didn't provide it.”

”My stay was okay this time. I’m very disappointed by how the hot tub and sauna were removed and replaced with a kids arcade. They should have kept the arcade inside and left the adult entertainment. That was one of the reasons I chose to stay there; however, it is no longer. In the future, I’ll probably stay somewhere else.”
