”This is a beautiful property and we have stayed here once before.
Overall the staff was very nice and helpful. We were not happy with the check in procedure. The app says 3pm check in. Their actual check in is at 4 pm. As we waited patiently in the lobby for almost an hour we were a little surprised when a couple came in at 3:50 pm and were checked in. No acknowledgment that we were there first or any interaction until we made the effort to get checked in.
Even so , we highly recommend this...

”The property itself and the rooms are lovely. We arrived at supper time on friday night. Found no one on site to check us in. Had to call a phone #, which told us i should have received an email with check in information, i did not. Also i had no internet to check that. Eventually got checked in. Door code didn't work. Had to call back, have it reset from them. By this time 7 pm and no restaurant in town open. Drove to Gore Mountain ski hill, food and service was awesome. Sat went hiking...
