”I thought when I made the reservation I wa staying in the castle not a lodge. I made the assumption based on the site the rooms were named. Some hotels do that. So I was disappointed to be spending the night in a lodge in basically the basement. Room was clean. Shower was hot, breakfast was basic. Scrambled eggs good. Fruit. Some mystery casseroles. The jutting rock formations were larger than life. Got to finally see some Rams. Big ones and a small family of them the next morning and deer....

”Well kept property and staff so friendly even though er arrived very late after they closed from desk. A little gem we were lucky to find travelling to Crested Butte from Denver. Room overlooking trout stream was dazzling in the AM at sunrise from my porch, with a few deer staring at me from across stream. Worth staying at least a couple of days.

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all.
Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house.
Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

Das Wifi funktioniert im Zimmer praktisch nur an der Tür und auch dort bricht es häufig ab.
Das Zimmer wurde vor unserem Check in nicht (ordentlich) gereinigt. Es klebten Haare an der Duschkabine, das Waschbecken und Toilette waren auch nicht sauber und gesaugt wurde auch nicht. Die Tür zum Badezimmer ist komplett verdreckt und insgesamt war das Zimmer recht heruntergekommen. Es lag noch altes Essen im Kühlschrank. Der Kühlschrank brummt sehr laut, wenn der...
