”They charged $25 for us to check in 2 hours early, and then room was not cleaned. There were two soda cans containing cigarette buttes left on our king suite's balcony despite it was supposed to be non-smoking, We told a person on front desk to remove the cans, he said he will let the housekeeper know. but no-one came and taken care of issue.”

”Kitchen pipes frozen due the weather. Pipe running water to the living room floor due to the weather. Maintanence fixing the issues while trying to have Christmas dinner with the family. Not so nice experience at all. Family suite located upstairs of the main house and hearing every step and move done in the house. Wanted to check out a day early, but didnt even get any reaction or answer to my request. Did still leave a day early and received a thank you and invoice for our stay. ”

”I was grateful that the heating worked as it was a cooler, rainy night and I had only one blanket on the bed. Couldn’t see much of the view until the morning when the clouds had cleared. I would have liked there to be some soap to wash my hands and didn’t go out or get my larger bag to find my soap.”

”I was in unit two, very clean with a nice balcony. The only downfall was there is no sink in the bathroom or a place to put toiletries and there was not a chair in the room.. the first night I was there. The smoke alarm battery was going and maintenance. Repaired it right away very helpful and friendly staff.”

”Beautiful place right along a river. Greeted by a family of deer as we drove onto property. Patio right on the river. Kitchen with fridge , microwave and stove, with propane grill in community area. Minutes from Rocky Mountain National Park entrance.”

”Amenities are very poor”

”Two bedroom cottage was comfortable, well equipped and quiet. We didn’t use any amenities, but they seemed nice. Location was convenient for Manitou Springs, Old Colorado City, Colorado Springs, Garden of the Gods and Pikes Peak.”

”Hot tub and staff were wonderful. Difficult to cook because of the tiny space. Stairs leading up to the cabin are hard for the elderly.”
