”Clean room, nice area, friendly staff”

”Nice staying at Browns Inn at Salida. We were satisfied with accommodation and service but sustainability could be thought better (the same thing applies to many other hotels as well). Why do hotels still have plastic cutlery and cardboard plates? ”

”This is our 2nd return stay at WCI in 8 weeks. We celebrated my wife's birthday then, and returned to celebrate my birthday on this trip. It was equally as enjoyable this time. The rooms are clean, the staff are friendly. The Tapestry host Juan remembered us from our previous visit. He remaines personable, efficient, and attentive. We appreciate the evening wine reception. ”Only two barely accessible electrical outlets in the room. Towels were old with old stains. Water pressure was bad. TV too small. No counter space in bathroom.”

”Rooms newly renovated, clean. Stubbs at front desk was great. I had a crying baby at check in and he smoothly helped get us checked in. He also brought us paper plates for our dinner. Breakfast was nice as well. Another nice stuff lady and I chatted. Great stay overall!”

”Stayed here because the location was great, with shops, coffee, and restaurants nearby. Unfortunately, the hotel itself was disappointing. The staff were unfriendly and seemed annoyed, the property felt outdated, some chairs were broken, and the lobby smelled like urine. Too bad, because the location is the best thing this place has going for it.”
